A 60-day programme. Cohort-based. SHRM-track accreditation pathway. Designed for senior L&D practitioners, internal coaches, OD leads, and facilitation specialists who want to operate at the judgment architecture level — not just the content delivery level.
60-Day Programme Structure
Weeks 1–2 · Foundation
Participants develop a deep working understanding of judgment architecture theory — what it is, why it matters, and how it differs from competency-based and skills-based approaches. Includes the Judgment-Centered Leadership Design™ framework, the five domains of judgment infrastructure, and the theoretical underpinning of Play Labs™ methodology.
Weeks 3–5 · Facilitation Design
The most technically demanding phase. Participants learn to design Play Labs™ scenarios for their organisation's specific context, calibrate difficulty and ambiguity levels, and master the debrief framework that transforms observable decisions into judgment infrastructure data. Each participant designs, facilitates, and receives feedback on one original scenario.
Weeks 6–7 · AI Integration
How to facilitate judgment development specifically for teams where AI is part of the decision process. Includes AI over-reliance pattern recognition, deskilling facilitation, accountability architecture design when AI is in the loop, and how to calibrate the simulation environment to reflect AI-augmented conditions participants will actually face.
Weeks 8–9 · Certification
Each participant delivers a full Play Labs™ session to a live cohort, assessed against the SSUNDAR Facilitator Certification Rubric. Written case reflection submitted alongside the delivery. Successful certification awards Play Labs™ Certified Facilitator status, which activates licensing rights under the applicable model.
What certification unlocks
Licensed to facilitate Play Labs™ sessions within the terms of the applicable licensing agreement.
Access to the full SSUNDAR scenario library across 10 industries and 5 judgment domains.
Certification is on the SHRM co-accreditation pathway. Credits applicable to SHRM recertification requirements.
Certified facilitators join the SSUNDAR Academy alumni network with access to annual methodology updates and peer cohort sessions.
Certified facilitators within qualifying organisations become eligible for the Play Labs™ Co-Delivery Partnership model.
The deepest shift: facilitators finish the programme owning the methodology at an architectural level, not just the content level.
