Capability Forward · the offer on one page

Capability is the margin you lose before anyone forecasts it.

Know in January whether your March bench will hold. In every ramp, the 60 to 90 days after offer decide the account’s margin. We make that window visible, then close it — on the data and systems you already have.

For operations and talent leadership in contact centres, BPO, shared services, GCCs, sales-as-a-service and people-intensive delivery. Delivered across Asia, North America and Europe. Confidential; no client names appear in this document by contract.

The problem is forecastable. Nobody forecasts it.

You hire 100 for a requirement of 80.

Some never reach the floor, some reach it late, some leave before they are dependable. The shortfall surfaces in a QBR as a line about refreshers and backfill, after the client has felt it. By then the penalty is booked and the team leaders have spent a quarter firefighting.

Never
Offer-to-floor loss is absorbed as a hiring number, not a capability number.
Late
Time to proficiency stretches, and the seat is paid for weeks before it earns.
Gone
New-hire attrition is reported with tenured attrition, so its real cause stays hidden.
Where it shows up

Five places an operation leaks capability. Most are managed as five separate problems.

Onboarding to on-floor speed
The weeks from offer to a proficient seat are rarely forecast per cohort. They decide whether the account makes margin this quarter.
Coaching that does not move the needle
Team leaders coach, but there is no cadence, no step-up target and no measure of whether behaviour changed.
Attrition that is not read by tenure
New-hire and tenured attrition have different causes and different fixes. Reported as one number, the real leak stays invisible until it is a staffing crisis.
Judgment that stalls at the first line
Managers can quote the framework and still freeze on the real call. Decisions cascade upward and escalations pile on senior leaders.
No forward view
Few operations can show a client, in writing, where its bench will stand in 90 days. The client feels the gap before you see it.

They are one problem: capability is never designed, measured or forecast as a system, so it surfaces late and expensively.

The offer

Three loops that feed each other.

A forward view, per account and per cohort, of whether you will have the people to deliver 30, 60 and 90 days from now, and the actions that keep that view true. Cheap signals already in your stack: dialer statistics, quality scores, attendance, assessments. Indicator scores are kept; audio is discarded.

CAPACITY

Each account carries a live 90-day forecast of delivery-ready seats against seats needed. Tenured attrition, new-hire attrition and seats in ramp are modelled separately, so an existing-business gap is seen as early as a ramp gap.

CAPABILITY

Each associate works one coaching topic for six weeks against a weekly step-up target the team leader can adjust, with the reason logged. As the simplest work is automated, the board shows who is ready for harder work.

SAFETY

The associate sees their own projection first and says what help they need. A monthly forum puts Operations, Training, Recruitment, HR, WFM, Pricing, Technology and Risk in one room, and treats every red flag as the organisation’s problem.

It is not an LMS, a training catalogue or another dashboard of lagging metrics. It does not rank associates, and it does not ask your client to pay more before it has proved anything. During the diagnostic, your extract is analysed by Treeng, SSUNDAR’s own sixteen-module analysis build — a delivery cost we absorb, not a product you buy.

What you will see

Accounts sorted by risk, red first. One recommended action each.

Account A · 120 seats
Falls below 90% in week 6. Pull cohort 3 start forward two weeks · Ops lead · 14 Jan
Illustrative
Account B · 80 seats
Falls below 90% in week 9. Shift two TLs to new-hire coaching, one topic · Training · 21 Jan
Illustrative
Account C · 200 seats
Week 12, watch. Capture knowledge from two notified leavers · HR · 28 Jan
Illustrative
Account D · 60 seats
No action. Ready for harder work: 4 associates, flagged to WFM.
Illustrative

Three views from the same model: the cohort view from offer to day 90, the team-leader view built as support rather than a ranking, and the CFO view — the cost of seats paid but not yet productive, and what shortening that window is worth. The system recommends; a person decides.

Fixed fee plus shared gain

A fixed fee covers the work. A share of the gain the account actually measures is added, so the risk is shared and the incentive is the same as yours. Priced on the operations budget, not the learning budget. The diagnosis fee is part of the engagement total, not on top of it.

Ownership

Licensed, not handed over

The method, the indicator set and the coaching logic remain licensed. Your team builds and runs everything on your own stack, with our direction. No dependency on us.

Security

Nothing new to host

Dialer statistics, quality scores, attendance, assessments. Transcripts only where signals disagree. Audio discarded. Inside tools your security team has already approved. No employee-facing step without your legal sign-off.

Every figure traces to a source and can be walked through in a room.

77 → 93%
Quality recovered in 90 days on an escalated technical-support account, while headcount ramped 70% — which is when quality normally falls.
30d → 4d
Resolution time in a compliance operation at a global e-commerce marketplace, errors down over 90%. Rebuilt by working backwards from the customer; training was the last of five fixes, not the first.
~30%
Fewer new-hire attritions and underperformers in a sales-outsourcing operation: a competency-measurement and coaching architecture for new hires and their managers.
70 → 89%
CSAT rebuilt and held across a 1,600-person BPO operation, fixed at the point of customer contact.
79 → 89%
30-day new-hire CSAT at the end of ramp. A second cohort moved 88 → 98% on the same measure.
5.00
