4. Leadership simulation tool — no liability for outputs.
The leadership simulation tool at ssundar.com/simulate and app.ssundar.com generates scenario-based outputs for educational and diagnostic purposes only. These outputs are not professional assessments, psychological evaluations, or legally binding determinations of any individual's capabilities.
SSUNDAR expressly disclaims all liability for decisions made by any organisation or individual based on simulation outputs. Results should be used as one input among many — not as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, demotion, or any employment decision.
5. Consulting services.
Engagement with SSUNDAR's consulting services (Judgment-Centered Leadership Design, Performance Systems Architecture, Fractional CLO, Organisational Crisis Simulations) is governed by separate client agreements executed at engagement commencement. These Terms of Service govern site usage only; they do not constitute a service agreement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties.
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SSUNDAR does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
