Judgment is not a concept. It is an observable behaviour that emerges under conditions of pressure, ambiguity, and consequence.
Play Labs™ creates those conditions in a controlled facilitated environment. Participants are placed inside realistic organisational scenarios — with competing priorities, incomplete information, and a clock running — and asked to decide.
The facilitation process is designed to surface the judgment architecture at work: what frameworks are applied, what is weighted, what is ignored, and what the decision reveals about the organisation's deeper operating assumptions. This is the data. The debrief builds from there.

15% referral fee · No facilitation rights
You refer qualified organisations to SSUNDAR for Play Labs™ delivery. SSUNDAR delivers. You earn a referral fee on confirmed engagements. No facilitation training required. Low complexity, high value for partners with strong networks.
Model 02
30/70 revenue split · Certified facilitators only
Certified Play Labs™ facilitators within your team co-deliver with SSUNDAR on licensed programmes. Revenue split reflects facilitation contribution. Requires completion of Train-the-Trainer Academy. Ideal for consulting firms and L&D boutiques with existing relationships.
Model 03
Annual license fee · Unlimited internal delivery
Full licensing of Play Labs™ for internal L&D teams. Unlimited internal delivery rights within a defined organisation. Includes complete facilitator guide, scenario library, debrief framework, and annual methodology updates. Requires facilitator certification for all delivery leads.
